How does video feedback work?

Video feedback is optional—but recommended as it’s one of the fastest ways to make real technique progress, because you’ll finally see why your swing breaks down under pressure.

Here’s how it works inside the 12-Week Tennis Transformation:

You’ll get a simple weekly video assignment based on our current stroke focus (forehand, serve, or backhand), so you’re not guessing what to film.

You submit a short clip (typically 20–30 seconds) using the filming guidelines I provide (angle + what to capture).

I review and coach what matters most—you’ll get clear feedback on the one or two changes that will create the biggest improvement (plus the drill/cue to lock it in).

Feedback happens during our group calls in a “technique critique” format, so you learn not only from your own video, but from everyone else’s clips too (huge value).

Video spots are structured based on group size to keep feedback high-quality and sustainable. If you submit on time, you’ll have opportunities to be coached throughout the 12 weeks.

Bottom line: you won’t just get “general tips.” You’ll know exactly what to change, what to feel, and what to practice next so your swing starts holding up in matches.

Is it beginner friendly?

Yes — the 12-Week Tennis Transformation is beginner-friendly for both fitness and tennis level, because everything is taught in a step-by-step way and you’ll have clear options based on where you’re starting.

Fitness: The workouts are follow-along and designed to build with you. You’ll train strength, footwork, endurance, mobility, and recovery — and I’ll always give ways to scale up or down (weight choices, intensity options, and modifications) so you can progress safely without getting overwhelmed.

Technique: You don’t need “perfect” strokes to join. We focus on the fundamentals that help any player improve — spacing, timing, rhythm, and simple cues that make your forehand/serve/backhand more reliable. You’ll also learn exactly what to practice each week so you’re not guessing.

How will I access my workouts?

You will be given access to our community and all your materials in one place. We are hosted on the Skool platform which has an app for easiest access.

What are the workouts like & what equipment will I need?

The program is built for at home training. The more you have available the more you can benefit and grow however you can modify moves if you do not have certain equipment. Workouts are often a combination of bodyweight exercises, footwork drills, weights and jump roping. They can be anywhere from 5 minutes to 45 minutes. That being said, here is a list of equipment that would be beneficial for the program but not necessary as you can always modify:

- A Jump Rope or Rotational Trainers (for roping indoors or beginners)

- A Set of Light, Medium and Heavy weights (I personally have 5-20 lbs)

-A mat or soft ground

-Benches, chairs or things for elevation and support

-Resistance Bands that wrap around knees, ankles...

-Yoga Blocks for yoga poses

Is this for players who don't compete?

If you ever play sets, join a league, play match play with friends, or even just feel that moment where the score starts to matter and your swing gets tight… this is for you.

This 12-week transformation is designed to help your strokes hold up when there’s pressure — whether that pressure comes from a league match, a friendly set, a doubles night, or simply wanting to stop donating points when it counts.

So: no official competition required — but it’s best for players who want their practice game to translate into real points.

What happens if I miss the weekly call?

No problem — every weekly call is recorded, so you can watch the replay anytime.

If you know you can’t make it live, you can also submit your questions ahead of time inside the community, and I’ll answer them on the call so you still get coaching even if you’re not there in real time.

What if I fall behind or miss a week?

The plan is designed so you can jump back in without feeling overwhelmed.

Everything is organized by week, so you can pick up right where you left off.

If you miss a week, you can either repeat the last week (my favorite option) or skip ahead and stay with the group — I’ll help you choose the best move based on your schedule.

You’ll also have the replays, resources, and community support so you’re never scrambling to figure out what to do next.

The goal isn’t perfection — it’s building momentum and staying in the process.

Is this a one-time payment or monthly membership?

This is not a subscription — the 12-Week Tennis Transformation is a one-time program investment for the full 12 weeks.

At checkout, you’ll be able to choose either:

Pay in full, or

A monthly installment plan (split into payments)

Either way, it’s still for the same 12-week program and will not keep auto-charging you like a membership.

(If you want continued progress after the 12 weeks, I’ll share your next best options near the end of the program — but there’s no ongoing commitment required.)

What's your refund and cancellation policy?

Because this is a digital coaching program with instant access to the training materials, community, and live support, all sales are final and there are no refunds once a payment is processed.

If you choose the payment plan, it’s not a monthly “membership” — it’s simply installments toward the full 12-week program — so those payments are still due once you enroll.

That said, I get that life (and tennis!) happens. If you have a true emergency or injury, you may request one of the following (one-time only):

a transfer to the next cohort (space permitting), or

a credit toward Transformation Unlocked (TU) or My Tennis Plan (MTP).

To be eligible, you must email me to request the transfer/credit by Week 3, and each participant may use this option once.
