My Transformation Story
As a mom/coach/player I do not have time or energy to go to the gym. But that is EXACTLY why I created this tennis workout program. I said, "If I'm going to attempt to workout anyways, it better improve my tennis game too!."

FAQs
The SkipFit program consists of follow along (with countdown timer) workouts. It is a variety of high intensity interval training (HIIT), strength, footwork cardio and rest day dynamic movements. With this combination plan you will hit every area needed to grow in your tennis game. It is beginner friendly and can be built upon based on your strength and fitness level.
You will be given access to our community and all your materials in one place. We are hosted on Skool which has an app for easiest access. You will also be given a PDF version of your purchase.
The program is centered around jump rope but does not make up the bulk of the workout. It is a combination of bodyweight exercises, footwork drills, weights and roping. That being said, here is a list of equipment that would be beneficial for the program but not necessary as you can always modify:
- A Jump Rope
- Rotational Trainers (for roping indoors or beginners)
- A Set of Light Weights (2-5 lbs are good, you'll see I use common houshold items in the video)
- A Set of Heavier Weight (perhaps 10-15 lbs when you're ready to level up your workouts)
